Reports of printing issues after Windows Update released on July 6, 2021

Issue known:
There have been cases where printers of multiple brands do not print after installing Windows Update KB5004945 released on July 6, 2021.

Models affected:
All printers running Windows 10 Version 21H1, 20H2 or 2004, and all printers running Windows Server 20H2 or 2004.

Actions taken:
Microsoft released KB5004237 to fix the issue.

SATO has not received any reports on such a case as of July 19. We will keep watch on the situation.
