PDF Splitting Tool incorporates open-source software under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation Inc. (51 Franklin Street, Fifth Floor Boston, MA 02110 USA.) (“AGPL”) and your use of the source code of PDF Splitting Tool (“Product Source Code”) is expressly conditioned on your agreement to all of the following terms (“Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Product Source Code.

  1. Use of the Product Source Code is subject to the terms and conditions of AGPL. The full text of the AGPL may be found at GNU Affero General Public License – GNU Project – Free Software Foundation.

  2. There is no warranty for the product source code, to the extent permitted by applicable law. except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the product source code “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. should the program prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
  3. In no event unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing will any copyright holder, or any other party who modifies and/or conveys the product source code as permitted above, be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product source code (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the product source code to operate with any other programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  4. All interest in the Product Source Code remains with the applicable copyright holders. Except as expressly provided in the AGPL, these Terms and Conditions do not grant you any rights under any patent, copyright, know-how or other intellectual property rights in the Product Source Code.
  5. SATO Group Companies will not be able to answer any questions about the content of the Product Source Code. “SATO Group Companies” means companies listed here.
