Main features

1. High-precision printing

Achieves a printing accuracy of ±0.3 mm1 in high-precision mode—ideal for nameplates and micro label printing which requires exact alignment.

2. Ultra-fast, high-resolution printing

Boosts productivity with print speeds of up to 18 inches per second (ips) at 203 dpi and 16 ips at 305 dpi.

3. New “peel-off unit” design

Improved mechanism for reliable handling of thin labels and strong adhesives, with a movable peel sensor for accurate detection of micro labels or irregularly shaped labels.

4. 4.3-inch color touch panel with built-in speaker

Larger, high-visibility LCD screen and intuitive touch interface for easier operation.
Voice guidance via built-in speaker supports operators with clear, on-screen instructions.

5. AI-driven predictive maintenance

The CL4/6-SXR supports stable, continuous operation through AI-based condition monitoring, predicting potential failures before they occur and enabling proactive maintenance.

6. Environmentally conscious design

Approximately 34% of the printer’s resin components are made from recycled materials.
The printers also include a “no-label-waste” function that allows printing from the very first label, reducing material waste2.
