This was the second year the New Taipei Enterprise Classic Awards were held. The award acknowledges efforts and accomplishments of businesses based in New Taipei, Taiwan and women business leaders in those businesses for their contributions to expansion into international markets.
The New Taipei Enterprise Classic Awards are given to 51 outstanding companies in five categories recognizing innovation, competitiveness, sustainability and globalization. It also recognizes 10 exceptional individual women entrepreneurs. New Taipei City is the most populous city in Taiwan and home to 318,000 companies in total.
