SATO Holdings announced changes to its executive team and a new organizational structure to further strengthen Group synergy and streamline corporate management. The new executive team was decided at a Board Meeting held today and goes into effect from April 1, 2018.
The board agreed to implement changes to both the team itself and its structure, notably position titles, in order to clarify roles and streamline the executive management hierarchy. The new structure with uniform positions and defined responsibilities aims to accelerate speed of decision-making and implementation of actions.
