SATO Holdings Corporation, following a resolution at its board of directors meeting held January 14, announced candidates for directors and Audit & Supervisory Board members to be nominated for approval at the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, and appointments of new executive officers and a subsidiary president effective April 1.
