1. Organization
- Set up an Internal Audit Department
- Established a new “Our 100th” Project Office, looking ahead to the company's 100th anniversary
- Assigned the responsibility of business process reform to executive officer
- Established a new position managing corporate communications
- Reorganized general affairs functions
