Notice regarding error caused by Windows Update released March 9, 2021

Regarding printer errors caused by the March 9, 2021 Windows security update, Microsoft has subsequently released updates to fix the issue.

Known issues that have been resolved:

1. (1)
   Windows blue screen (BSOD) appears with error code: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH when attempting to print to certain printers.
2. (2)
   Unexpected results occur when printing from certain apps or to certain printers, showing the blue screen with the APC_INDEX_MISMATCH code. Issues include missing or solid color graphics, misalignment/formatting issues or printing of blank pages/labels.
