This is to announce that SATO Holdings Corporation has made changes to its internal organization and reassigned personnel as follows, effective April 1, 2020.
1. Changes in organization
- Established the Sustainability Promotion Office.
- Abolished the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) position and reorganized the Human Resource Development Department to two offices, Human Resources Development (Japan) and Global Human Resources Development.
- Reorganized General Affairs and Legal.
