SATO, a leading global provider of Auto-ID solutions that empower workforces and streamline operations, announced the appointment of Keisuke Yamada today as Chief Alliance Officer (CAO). The CAO position is newly created as of today and reflects the high priority of SATO on partnerships to create new core competencies to evolve with the changing business environment.
Mr. Yamada, a 32 year veteran of SATO, was also named Chairperson of Taiwan-based SATO group printer manufacturer, Argox. He will be tasked with driving synergy between Argox and the SATO Group in the role.
Mr. Yamada brings his extensive business experience in Japan to the global stage. Prior to this position, Mr. Yamada served as President of SATO Corporation, overseeing an expansive workforce across Japan.
“With Keisuke at the helm as CAO, we will capitalize on his relationship building talents to strengthen strategic global partnerships,” said Kaz Matsuyama, President and CEO of SATO Holdings. “As Chair of Argox, we have high expectations that he can drive internal collaboration to bring about drastic improvements in sales performance.”
Regarding his appointment, Mr. Yamada commented, “As CAO, I will endeavor to create synergy with partners in line with wider Group business developments. With regards to my appointment at Argox, I hope to take a new approach to sales and strengthen collaborations with Group companies to achieve sustainable sales growth.”
